When Japan was selected as the site for the Olympics, Japan and the IOC signed the legal contract that the decision whether to proceed with the Olympics in Japan rests with the IOC. Whether Japanese politicians like it or not, the IOC will decide when to proceed or delay the Games.
The decision to host the Olympics belongs to the IOC and must be made as stated in the contract agreed between Japan and the IOC.
The Government of Japan, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and the TOCOG (Organizing Committee) should announce that they have submitted a status report (including medical data and information) to the IOC. Clearly transparency is needed between Japan and the IOC. The correct policy on the Japanese side is to notify the IOC that "We want you to decide whether to hold the event by O month O day." The Japanese side needs to throw the ball to the IOC by maintaining the words and actions based in the contract.
The Lack of transparency and closed-door discussions are not a good way to introduce the Olympics, as they make people feel uncomfortable about the entire Olympic plan.I think the intervention of many Japanese politicians is at the root of complicating the problem.Finally, transparency between the IOC and Japan is essential to achieving the success of all the entities involved.

日本がオリンピックの開催地として選ばれたとき、日本とIOCは、日本でオリンピックを進めるかどうかの決定はIOCに委ねられるという法的契約に署名しました。 日本の政治家が好むと好まざるとにかかわらず、IOCはいつ大会を進めるか延期するかを決定します。
オリンピック開催の決定は、IOCに帰属し日本とIOCが合意した契約書に記載されているとおりに行う必要があります。日本政府、東京都、TOCOG（組織委員会）は、IOCに現状報告書（医学データと情報を含む）を提出したことを発表する必要があります。
日本とIOCの間には明らかに透明性が必要です。 日本側の正論は、IOCに「我々は、大会をO月O日までに開催するかどうかを決定してほしい」と通知することです。日本側は、契約に基づく言葉と行動を維持することにより、IOCにボールを投げる必要があります。
透明性の欠如と密室での話し合いは、オリンピックの計画全体について人々の気持ちを不愉快にしているため、オリンピックを紹介する良い方法ではありません。私は、多くの日本の政治家達の介入が問題を複雑化している根源であると思います。最後に、IOCと日本の間の透明性は、関係するすべての事業体の成功を達成するために必須です。
